This light-weight albariño shows green apple, lime leaf and quinine flavours sprayed across the very crisp tart, dry palate. Acidity leads the way from start to finish with clear salinity; like licking a salted lemon. One for the near-term by the beach, served cold for sheer refreshment, this is a sauvignon blanc alternative.”
