Te Kaahu maybe a new restaurant for Tamaki Makaurau, but you may have already seen Chef Nancye's kai on Seven Sharp - authentic flavours of Aotearoa served with finesse!

Discover the essence of authentic Italian cuisine! Join Executive Chef Shaun Dowling at Bossi’s Winetopia masterclass, where you'll gain the skills and knowledge to master one of Italy's culinary treasures: risotto.
Shaun, with his extensive experience in Italian cuisine and a passion for culinary excellence, will take you through all of the intricate yet simple ways to enjoy risotto - from learning its heritage and the basics with Parmesan risotto, to more sophisticated variations like scampi bisque and short rib, as well as everyone’s fried favourite, arancini.
Each dish will be perfectly paired with wine selections curated by Bossi’s wine connoisseur, Hugo Adenot. With his incredible palate and deep knowledge of the craft, Hugo ensures an unforgettable dining experience.
