Some of the classes feature leading Christchurch restaurants to demonstrate the art of food and wine matching. Food pairings included in these. All classes represent great value.
Each Masterclass will take 40 minutes and as well as the knowledge and insights you will gain from our experts you will also taste 4 - 5 great wines selected specifically for the occasion.

12.50pm - Methode Madness with Bob Campbell MW - $25
Is there really madness in making methode? Everything you need to know about New Zealand's bottle-fermented sparkling wine with a tasting of five different styles.
1.50pm - Alchemy: What a difference a glass makes! - $45
Can a glass change the taste? Learn how the shape of a glass can improve or limit the taste and aroma of any wine you drink. Admission includes 3 premium Spiegelau glasses for you to take home (valued at over $120).
2.40pm - Does price matter? with Emma Jenkins MW - $25
A look at luscious chardonnays and red wines of different retail values, why does one cost more than the other and can you really taste the difference?
