Made in the traditional French way, bottle fermented, from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir grapes. Our current release has been aged in bottle on lees for 10 years, giving incredible depth and complexity.

Junction Wines: single vineyard range all grown on the Junction Vineyard, alongside State Highway 2 on the wind swept, stony gravels of the Takapau Plains. Hand harvested fruit exposed to Central Hawkes Bay’s long hot dry season and cool nights makes these intense aromatic wines very distinctive and unique.
