Made in the traditional method from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, it is aged on lees for three years before being disgorged to develop delicious biscuity toasty flavours.

At Nautilus they like to keep things simple so they have a small (and friendly!) team. Family owned (Nautilus owner Robert Hill-Smith is a fifth-generation vigneron) and a small team alongside winemaker Clive Jones, means everyone can be fully involved in the winemaking from start to finish.
