The ‘3-course Lockdown Lunch’ box – yes we think these wines are worthy of designing a lunch around. These wines were destined for Auckland's top restaurants, until lockdown hit the pause button on the annual Restaurant Month in the Heart of the City and now we can deliver them to you!

Two bottles of the Mahi ‘Alias’ Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough. We are very lucky to be offering another stunning wine from Mahi which has a well-rounded textural palate making for a good pairing with shellfish, goats’ cheese or even octopus and Cloudy Bay clams like at the Chef’s Table event at Euro this Restaurant Month.

We have the Man O’War wine from Waiheke Island with the now famous Exiled Pinot Gris. Master Sommelier Cameron Douglas gave this 94/100 stating that it had an “intensity of fresh green pear honeysuckle and wildflowers” pairing nicely with an Asian dish, time to get out the recipe book…

Last up in this already superb box is two bottles of the Redmetal Syrah from Hawkes Bay. This has tastings of dark fruits, floral highlights and a hint of white pepper, perfect with BBQ chicken or a hearty casserole..
